Location: Canvey Island and home based 2 days per week

110% People are a new and innovative education and early years recruitment agency. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic consultant to join our successful and proactive Canvey Island based recruitment team. We have national relationships with the largest providers of early years education and are seeking a consultant who can nurture and expand on existing relationships. We use state of the art systems designed to make your recruitment cycle seamless and offer a hybrid working model where 2 days a week are worked from home.




The Role




Delivering the end-to-end recruitment process for some national contracts and permanent roles.


Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements


Seek out, manage and maintain our database of candidates


Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards


Resource candidates from job boards, social media and relevant sources


Meeting clients and candidates - face to face and virtual


Developing new business sales across the East/North London area.
