Job Introduction


We are looking for 2 people to undertake a level 3 engineering fitter in partnership with east coast college This will be delivered through one day per week at the College and 4 days per week on site and will run for 42 months.


Apprentices receive Apprentice Pay which is a minimum of £10.62 per hour for the first year, increasing to (at least) the National Minimum Wage dependant on age from year two.


Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance.

  • Provide maintenance of equipment.

  • Modify, test, and inspect condition-based monitoring and fault-finding with our systems.

  • Help improve systems on our sites where required.

  • Work on technology which monitors and controls all aspects of processes and their performance across the site.

  • Carry out risk assessments and method statements to ensure activities are always completed in a safe manner.

L3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge)


The Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship is primarily delivered in the workplace with 1 extended day a week attendance at college. Should you not possess suitable concession qualifications, you are also required to attend college to undertake Functional Skills Qualifications
