Query Resolution Executive

Role Introduction:

We are looking for an adaptable and dynamic individual to join our finance team in Birmingham. In this role you will be working within the Query Resolution team by investigating and processing finance query resolutions to enable payment on outstanding invoices. You will be responsible for undertaking all tasks required to deliver an effective and efficient service to key stakeholders across the business.

What You Will Do:

• Working as part of a close team, you will:
  

  • 
    Work with stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoice queries
  • 
    Review and action invoices and credits
  • 
    Resolve any missing billing requests
  • 
    Ensure high billing accuracy and complete in agreed SLA’s

• Proven previous experience in a Finance role and possess transferable skills and experience
• 
  Interpreting and analysing data – Strong ability to work with complex data and present the information in a clear, logical, and concise way
• 
  Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
• 
  Be an excellent communicator
• 
  Strong experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability
• Attention to detail to drive accuracy
