We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Mini-mix team, working Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30 at our head office in Coalville, Leicestershire. The Mini-mix team are at a period of growth so we are looking for someone who is after for real opportunities to grow as this department does.

• 
  You’ll receive and process orders via the phone and through online systems
• 
  With a busy orderbook already in place you’ll help manage existing accounts and follow up on leads.
• 
  You’ll plan local deliveries, considering next jobs to be as economic as possible
• 
  We hope everything goes smoothly, but sometimes you’ll need to advise clients that orders will be delayed and manage that relationship.
• 
  By keeping in contact with production and logistics teams you’ll monitor the progress of the order and be able to advise clients on any updates.

• 
  You take pride in your attention to detail, never missing data when inputting quotations.
• 
  You’ll be naturally inquisitive and confident speaking with clients.
• 
  You’ll have some administration experience, and the desire to progress within our large organisation.
