Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a Scrum Master (Senior) resource for a full-time opportunity that is 100% remote. This position will be part of the new implementation and will support the functional side of Oracle Cloud HCM Suite. This team owns and supports the Oracle applications and any related enhancements, work instructions, business process analysis, configuration, validation, and functionality.

Requirements:
6+ years of Experience of Oracle Cloud as a Scrum Master (preferrable HCM) 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps Fast Formula hands on experience Proven experience guiding business units on Scrum best practices implementation and integration experience with Oracle HCM Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple project teams
Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings. Support the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including profit centre accounting, planning, and group reporting. Foster collaboration among project teams and stakeholders to ensure Oracle HCM solutions are aligned with business requirements. Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement in practices and processes. Serve as a coach and mentor to teams on Agile practices and principles, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Manage project risks and dependencies, ensuring they are identified, tracked, and mitigated. Delegate Tickets across the HRIS team to ensure for timely resolution Facilitate ceremonies and Sprints across the group Guide and coach the current team on Scrum best practices Manage coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work; Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using Azure DevOps Meet with team members on a biweekly basis to forecast hours Continuously manage the budget to actuals and forecast to completion Manage project deliverables in line with the statement of work Record and manage project issues and escalate to the architecture consultant, where necessary Monitor project progress and performance
Nice to Have:
Certified Scrum Master Implementation experience or knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Resources and/or Security. Oracle Cloud Benefits Implementation Certification. HCM Cloud modules (Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits) is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 5 years relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or GED and a minimum 7 years relevant experience at progressively increasing levels of responsibility is required. Relevant experience includes:
