The Role

The role will be responsible for working closely with senior business leaders to support the delivery of the business plan and leading the HR agenda for the business area.

The role will be accountable for optimising people capability in each business area, ensuring all people-related requirements are prioritised, driving engagement, talent and performance initiatives to enable a high-performance culture.

As part of your role, you will be able to build strong relationships and be the first point of contact for all HR related queries for your aligned business area. You will be a self-starter, solutions focused, and results driven.

About You

Qualifications

  • Professional HR practitioner qualifications preferred: HR or employment law degree (desirable)
  • and/or CIPD qualification role (desirable)

Salary: £58,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
