AXA UK are looking for a talented individual with excellent attention to detail and communication skills to support the contractual relationships, with our Intermediary Network to ensure we comply with and adapt to the changing regulatory environment. Your role will have a key focus on providing administrative and regulatory support to all our intermediaries and internal stakeholders, including maintenance of regulatory status and an in-depth knowledge of all relevant IT applications and processes.
At AXA weβre adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the Tunbridge Wells office, in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You will be required to work from the office for 1-2 days per week and for one of those days to be a Wednesday.

What youβll be doing:
- Youβll be creating and maintaining intermediary records within internal systems ensuring they are accurate, compliant and up to date.
- Youβll be registering new intermediaries and ensuring quoting profiles are correct.
- Youβll be implementing agreed processes and protocols for the management of Intermediary Network members.
- Youβll be supporting the development and operational requirements of our Key Intermediaries and Distribution Partners,
- Youβll have an operational oversight of the intermediary terms of business
- Youβll support the delivery of operational excellence ensuring we are the preferred healthcare provider to our Key Partners and Intermediaries.
Qualifications
- Youβll have previous Customer Services experience.
- Youβll have previous experience of working for an insurer (although this is not essential)
- Youβll have a proven ability to deliver to the highest standards within tight timescales.
- Youβll have the ability to quickly understand and operate on multiple IT applications
- Youβll possess an understanding of FCA regulation.
- Youβll have high attention to detail.
- Youβll possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Youβll possess a strong team ethic
- Youβll be able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as using your own initiative when required
