Here's what you can expect to be doing…
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join our Orthopaedic team. You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of our existing customer base whilst assisting with the development of sales in new accounts, through providing in theatre technical expertise and support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Theatre professionals regarding the use of our products.
To develop and provide technical expertise inline with the customer (Orthopaedic Surgeons and Theatre professionals) and acquire an informed knowledge of clinical data and the Orthopaedic Joint Replacement market
To provide exceptional pre and post customer care which includes providing training and supporting the theatre team to ensure the best outcome for patients
To promote use of our portfolio of Orthopaedic Joint Replacement products and services to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Theatre professionals
To proactively build and develop relationships with Clinical stakeholders
To cover surgical cases as required throughout the territory
To maintain up-to-date customer records and ensuring all other essential administration for your role is completed (reporting, expenses
What you’ll need to succeed:
Graduate calibre with a qualification in science or clinical experience
Knowledge of human anatomy and biology
Working knowledge of NHS and recent changes
Willing to learn with a flexible approach
Ability to exceed customer expectations, and to work alone to achieve service objectives
Excellent communication, presentation, organisation and product demonstration skills
A good team player with positive outlook employed at all times. Determination to deliver exceptional performance and to deliver tangible results.
