OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst

We operate at the heart of the digital transformation of our business. Our team is responsible for cybersecurity architecture and data protection for our global organization.

You will lead efforts to establish security standards and conduct site-level cybersecurity assessments for our manufacturing environments at Baker Hughes.

As an OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and publishing relevant OT cybersecurity standards
• 
  Identifying, supporting, and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure all business groups are aligned on efforts
• 
  Leading a small team responsible for conducting cybersecurity site assessment at 100+ locations globally
• 
  Developing close working relationships with IT and Manufacturing leaders to ensure a successful cybersecurity assessment
• 
  Briefing executive leaders on the status of the cybersecurity risk and addressing any concerns
• 
  Providing quality control and oversight for reports, presentations, and brief-outs
• 
  Overseeing and managing large, cross-functional CFC projects and initiatives
• 
  Developing and presenting clear business recommendations to continue overall improvement

To be successful in this role you will:

• 
  Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, related field or relevant work experience
• 
  Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity risk assessment
• 
  Have a minimum of 5 years of in cybersecurity leadership or program management positions
• 
  Have leadership abilities and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environments
• 
  Have the ability to work without regular tasking or direction in completing key tasks and initiatives
• 
  Have executive-level written and oral communication skills
