Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Re-toucher to join our In-House Studio Team on a temporary maternity cover, here at our Head Office in South Shields. This role will be key to retouching world class imagery for the In-House Studio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  You will be responsible for retouching high end photography from still life to models to an exceptional standard within short timeframe and within deadline.
• 
  Work to shoot bible guidelines.
• 
  Working closely with photographers to accurately represent garments and ensuring all colours are matched and correct between image and physical product.
• 
  Cropping images and maintain file size specification guidelines.
  
  Ensuring a consistent finish, focused on agreed quality expectations.
• 
  Responsible for quality control of all edited images across colour accuracy, product shaping and general quality.
• 
  Responsible for actioning feedback accordingly and effectively.
• 
  Time management, feeding back any roadblocks to ensure deadlines are met.
  
  To meet and where possible exceed daily KPI targets/agreed volumes.
• 
  Support with photography when required.

Skills and Experience:

• Meticulous attention to detail
• 
  Strong brand awareness
• 
  Minimum one yeara of commercial experience as a retoucher in an ecomm/creative studio
• 
  Confident technical understanding MAC and Adobe Photoshop
• 
  A team player with a positive outlook and professional manner
• 
  A confident and articulate problem solver
• 
  Willingness to learn new processes and software
• 
  Ability to work well under pressure
• 
  Conscientious with a sharp eye for detail
• 
  Proficient communicator
