  • Leadership and responsibility of the home.
  • Maintaining professional developments/ relationships with family/ and other professionals.
  • Assisting/ lasing with outer professionals
  • Assisting manager with duty's/ reporting to person in charge
  • Administering medication as prescribed
  • All aspects of personal care
  • Showering and bathing
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Toileting and continence care
  • Teeth and dentures
  • Encouraging, reminding; assisting
  • Eating and drinking
  • Gentle encouragement and help to eat and drink well
  • Safely using aids and personal equipment in a manner that respects the dignity of customers. For example :- Standing and walking frames, Wheelchairs, manual and electric hoists, Sliding sheets and moving boards
  • Hearing aids and other physical aids
  • Supporting service users through temporary and terminal illness, including: -End of life care, escort to Hospital appointments, Liaising with community health support and families

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 36 per week

Salary: £10.10-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rochdale, OL16 2SQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
