Who we are looking for
A Cleaner who will join our established night shift team at our offices in Stoke-on-Trent.
Whilst previous experience cleaning offices would be advantageous, we will provide full training, including COSHH training. You will be required to work in teams, cleaning various areas within the building. The role involves general cleaning duties between offices, breakout and toilet areas. The night shift working week runs Monday to Sunday and is followed by 7 days off. A typical night shift will require you to work Monday 18.00-03.30 Tuesday-Sunday 18.00-03.00.
Preferred skills and experience
Experience using buffer machines and carpet cleaners.
Team working.
Ability to work using initiative.
Basic computer skills preferred but not essential.
Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
Cleaning office areas, toilets, breakout areas, emptying bins, hoovering and mopping to the standard required, cleaning touch points throughout, high and low level dusting.
Working within teams completing tasks and tick sheets set by your supervisor.
Reporting any maintenance issues to your Team Leader or Supervisor.
Using cleaning machinery i.e. buffers and carpet cleaners throughout the building.
Ensuring that all Manual Handling and COSHH regulations are adhered to.
