Who we are looking for
A Creative Designer, that will be required to create content to enhance the customer experience on our Help, Responsible Gambling and Careers sites.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the principles of design including layout, typography, artwork and branding. You will have the versatility to create design solutions for use across the range of our products and platforms, whilst adhering to brand standards and consistency. You will have the ability to think creatively and develop engaging, interactive designs to make key journeys easier for customers to understand and follow.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred skills and experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional art skills.
Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Animate and After Effects.
Ability to interpret a brief and adapt when expectations change at short notice.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and working quickly whilst under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and open to feedback.
Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or digital art.
Good sports and betting knowledge is preferable, but not essential.
Experience with InDesign and Sketch is preferred.
Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D packages would be advantageous.
Demonstrable understanding of how to make the customer journey better through Design.
Main Responsibilities
Creating and producing high quality imagery adhering to product and company brand guidelines.
Managing a brief from concept through to completion, ensuring it meets the required deadlines and meets the agreed Criteria/style set out.
Reacting and adapting to feedback from the Senior Designer, Creative Coordinators and Senior Management.
Working alongside Creative Coordinators on a daily basis, responding to a variety of design requests.
Checking all imagery and concepts prior to production.
Amending existing promotional artwork.
Liaising with other product and design teams to capture design requirements and feedback.
