BibliU's learning enablement platform empowers universities and colleges to automate learning content workflows and improve student outcomes, providing digital textbooks, monographs, and courseware more cost-effectively than ever before.

The finance team is looking for a Finance Assistant to support the team as BibliU continues to scale and grow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working in a fast-paced company with a great team.

What You Will Be Doing

• 
  Responding to customer/supplier emails

• 
  Organising mail received in the post/virtual mail facility

• 
  Processing supplier invoices

• 
  Coding expense transactions

• 
  Reconciling bank accounts

• 
  Chasing outstanding debts

• 
  Updating our customer and supplier databases

• 
  Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc requests

• 
  High attention to detail

• 
  Enjoys working in a fast paced environment

• 
  Always finds the most efficient way to complete a task

• 
  The ability to use own initiative

• 
  Works well in a team environment

• 
  Existing accounting knowledge

• 
  Experience using Xero or other accounting software
