The Role
We are looking for a part-time Bartenders to work at Bistrotheque (Bethnal Green).
You will be working on the main restaurant bar with seating for 18 diners and dispensing wine, cocktails and coffee to the main dining room seating 85 + covers. It's a fast-paced but accurate and detailed service. Bar experieince essential.
- Hours: Friday & Saturday dinner and/or Saturday & Sunday brunch

Location
E2, very close to Cambridge Heath Overground and a short walk to Bethnal Green Underground.
- Remuneration:Earning potential up to £19 per hour

Bistrotheque opened 17 years ago and was inspired by the humble French Bistro. We are located between Bethnal Green and Hackney, in a two-storey unmarked warehouse. Over time, we’ve built a loyal following of stylish East Londoners who appreciate quality and consistency. The team is small and friendly and we believe in mutual respect.
About You
We are drawn to those who are team players and able to work within a framework with sufficient flexibility to cope with the unexpected turns events can sometimes take.
Requirements
I year's experience working in either as an event waiter or restaurant waiter.
