What You Will Do

You will be working for our Legal function as a Level 3 Paralegal Officer Apprentice.

Your role will include:

    carrying out research tasks, reviewing and drafting documents

    drafting and producing legal documents and forms

    assisting with the management of inception, progression and completion of client files

    communicating with internal and external clients

    supporting governance meetings, by taking minutes, sharing action points and preparing an agenda

    assisting with reporting submissions and producing “know how” documents for the team

    sharing your ideas on initiatives / projects and assisting with the maintenance of team sites

Technical Skills and Qualifications required for the role


Five GCSE’s at grade C (or 4) or above, including English & Maths (or equivalent)


Minimum of three A-levels (CCC) or predicted 96 UCAS points


Preferred candidates who are finishing A-levels in 2023 or attained within the past 12 months

Proficient in Microsoft WordEager to learn
Strong organisation and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsConduct

Be a role model, supporting and fostering a culture of good conduct

Demonstrate proactivity, transparency, and accountability for identifying and managing conduct risks

Consider the implications of your actions on colleagues



Duration: 24 months


Salary: £25,000 pa + award winning flexible benefits

Location: London

Apprentices need to have a continued right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
