Warehouse Operative

We are looking for additional warehouse operatives to join our team to work as key team members in a fast-moving warehouse environment, committed to the highest standards of a brand strong company. Following instructions of a supervisor and ensuring excellent quality is maintained. Critical dispatch dates to be achieved and customers’ expectations consistently exceeded.

Borg & Overström is a designer and manufacturer of premium drinking water systems. We continue to expand in existing and new global markets. Already in 46 countries, we have a clear plan to be truly global having successfully recently entered the N. America and UAE markets.

Due to an increased demand on our Operation Department, we are in a search for an outstanding candidates ready to join us at this exciting time of continuous growth.

Working from our warehouse on Fakenham Road, near Lenwade, the duties include:

• The picking of goods either for Production or for sales orders
• Loading and unloading of lorries
• Receiving in and putting away of goods using the warehouse management systems
• Putting finished machines away through the system from production
• Packing and labelling of goods going into stock or going to customers
• Fulfilling of orders for despatch involving booking on carriers and all relevant work
• Working with Logistics team to ensure customers’ needs are cared for.
• Other work to be undertaken as required or specified by management.

• Able to adapt to taking on various tasks across the warehouse team during the course of a working day
• A respect for Health and Safety Protocols as set out by the company.
• Fork and reach truck experience
