Job Purpose

Do you enjoy driving the successful delivery of key client programmes? This role might be for you.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for existing law school clients and maintaining the relationship between BPP Law School and its exclusive clients to protect and grow the revenue.

As well as regular communications with the clients and provision of advice, you will also play a key role in overseeing the onboarding processes and ensuring courses are delivered as planned and on time

You will be working closely with Award Leaders and key internal departments and externally with the client, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring key client programmes run successfully to achieve client satisfaction and retention.

You will have a proven track record of managing successful relationships with clients, have experience in project management skills, managing complex activities to tight deadlines and passionate about providing excellent client service with a positive approach to dealing with people.
