This service is based in a beautiful, quite village location Ferndale/Perthcelyn, Mid Glamorgan and provides the care and rehabilitation required for such specialist care provisions.



The Ideal Candidate

• Someone who is confident enough to make autonomous decisions - but at the same time a collaborate able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• 
  EITHER a qualified Nurse RMN/RGN or equivalent OR Registered Manager who is not a nurse themselves but has a background in managing a clinical team, within a nursing home environment.
• 
  A caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
• 
  Previous experience with individuals with Brain injury desirable but not essential
• 
  Passionate about delivering outstanding care
• 
  Excellent organisation & leadership skills
• 
  Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
