Role Overview:
As a Project Manager within Bupa Global you’ll lead, manage and co-ordinate projects to deliver agreed business outcomes. You’ll deliver business change, technology and information systems that meet identified business requirements.
The role will require collaboration with stakeholders at varying levels up to Executive Team level and with teams both internal and external to Bupa Global throughout the change delivery lifecycle. The role is central to the success of delivery in helping to achieve our strategic goals and realise the benefits from our investment in change.
What you’ll do:
- Overall responsibility for leading, managing and motivating a cross functional project team
- Direct accountability and responsibility for all aspects (Change, Business, Technology, Communications) delivery of allocated projects
- Actively develops and maintains own business and technical expertise
- In conjunction with Group Procurement, negotiates service levels and specifications with senior customer management and suppliers.
- Contributes to, and ensures the set-up of, appropriate contracts for the supply of products and/or services.
- Is responsible for the day-to-day relationship with suppliers (including off-shore resources). Ensuring appropriate monitoring of contracts and Master Services Agreements, authorising or initiating any actions that may be required.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive knowledge of project management processes and techniques, ideally within a regulated FS or insurance environment.
- A proven track record of project management, particularly in the application of Transformation and Change projects.
- Proficient in change management, implementing business change into a complex regulatory environment.
- Demonstrable proficiency in leading and motivating teams in a complex organisation.
- Proficient at cost management, including production of business proposals and managing significant budgets.
- The ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
