Carrier is currently recruiting for a Product Management Apprentice based from our Stockport office.

What will you be doing?

As a Product Management Apprentice, the main goal of this role is to assist with preparation of technical support material including specification documents; Excel spreadsheets; Word documents; Adobe PDF documents; technical bulletins; and any other materials required to support colleagues and customer.

Upon successful completion, you will gain a BTEC Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning plus go onto do your HNC level 4

  Processing telephone enquiry calls and emails

  Communicating with Technical Support Team

  Communicating with Controls Team

  Assist and interface with: Direct customers and distributors

  Product processing for residential, light commercial and VRF air conditioning

What we’re looking for:

• 
  Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English, Maths, and ICT
• 
  Ideally have a driving licence, if not you will need to have one by the end of the apprenticeship
• 
  Numerate – good with numbers and arithmetic
• 
  Good problem solver
• 
  Computer literate and know the basics on Microsoft Office
• 
  Confident and articulate
• 
  Someone who is keen to learn, ask questions and wants to be involved – bright and inquisitive with a hunger for learning
• 
  Organised and ethical
