Our Ideal candidate will already have experience in a commercial legal environment, with at least 2 years experience. You will be able to multi-task and be able to meet deadlines. You will also have an excellent attention to detail.

We offer a very friendly and sociable working environment and are fully office based Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
As a Commercial Paralegal this role involves:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
- Assisting with the distribution, recording, filing, and archiving of fully executed contracts and amendments
- Drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements such as NDA’s, terms and conditions of supply and/or purchase, hire agreements and contracts in support of Cathay Investments operations.
- Preparing information for briefs for external legal advisors.
- Carrying out document searches for cases including disclosures.
- Supporting the business in operational projects
- Review & communicating key terms for contracts and other legal documents to managers in the business.
As a Commercial Paralegal you will have lots of opportunities to get involved in a broad number of legal areas.
