Role Overview & Specifications

We have a new opportunity for a People Advisor to join our UK Advisory People team.

You will be working with day to day with the People Partner, and you will be responsible for delivering the People agenda across key activities such as performance management, annual compensation cycle, talent and succession planning, employee engagement survey results and action plans.

The role operates within a matrixed environment by working with the country MDs and People teams, you will be partnering with key stakeholders across the commercial / fee earning business lines.

You will need to have experience of working in a HR Advisor capacity and leading ER matters from beginning to resolution.

You will need to have commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a strong team player and ability to see big picture.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £38,000.00 per year

  • Manchester, M2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 2 years (preferred)
