The Pioneer Programme will be providing one truthful, strategic, and global view of our clients. From a fragmented client data ecosystem with regional databases in silo, to a Global three-divisional (Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery and Fragrance & Beauty) Client Data ecosystem, that puts Client Data at the Service of an Ultimate Client Experience.
Pioneer will enable client international recognition, even more meaningful and personalised services and experiences in all our Boutiques and digital platforms.

The Pioneer Programme connects 200+ people across the organisation and external partners, fostering a client centric transversal collaboration, mobilising and aligning multiple functions (Business, IT, Legal, Divisions, Regions) and creating a Community that works together towards a common goal: a client-centric reality.
As part of the Pioneer Global PMO Department, you will contribute to the preparation of documentations and meetings with key collaborators, ensure smooth communication and alignment, track progress and work through any blocking points, with a focus on Data Management, Analytics and Data Stewardship activities.
IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
Be a key point of contact for the Pioneer Global Community:
Support in identifying and defining Business requirements
Coordinate the formalisation of Global PMO master documents, gathering key information and decisions from various stakeholders
Identification of impact in Regions and Divisions on data-related topics, tracking decisions and progress, along the way
Monitor, coordinate and track data management rules and their implementations
Schedule Pioneer regular meetings on data-related topics and facilitating communication between the Global Client Data Manager and stakeholders
Coordinate Pioneer Analytics and Global Calculated Fields streams
Support the Global Client Data Manager in building and animating the Data Stewards’ community across Regions and Divisions
Partnering with the Global Data Governance team to ensure solutions adhere to the business data principles and guidelines
Acting as a Global Data Steward and coordinating global processes across Regions
Support the Global Client Data Manager:
Support the preparation and animation of Pioneer regular meetings on data-related topics
Investigate complex topics with scenario building & impact assessment and ensure alignment across all stakeholders involved on Business & IT side
Be hands-on with management of data issues and coordination across variety of stakeholders
Our successful candidate will be experienced in managing complex issues with a wide panel of stakeholders and will:

Be able to navigate matrix organisations effectively.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING/HAVE
Experience in data-related projects
Experience in IT related topics
Excellent use of Power Point, Excel and Word
Acquired knowledge in Digital & CRM
Project Management skills
An understanding of luxury retail, and if not, a curiosity to learn and immerse yourself into this industry
Time-management skills and ability and enjoyment from working to deadlines
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
