Your OpportunityChestnut Park Primary School is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to provide leadership and management of all aspects of school administration and operations support.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment within a supportive team. The successful candidate will promote the highest standard of business operations across the school and lead end-to-end processes related to admissions, administration, marketing, communications, and all school operations. Additionally, the role will incorporate working collaboratively with the GLF Trust Premises, Finance, and Business Teams to develop high-quality systems, processes, and services.
This is a varied role with a broad range of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, flexible, and able to implement and oversee effective operational systems throughout the school.

We are looking for applicants with the following skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in collaborating to support team working across all parts of the school community.
- Experience in a busy school office environment; including experience with daily operational priorities and effective prioritisation.
- Experience in managing a small team and creating positive working relationships across various functional areas.
- Demonstrate competence in school based IT systems, SIMS, Parent Mail and MIS registers.
- Experience of operational processes and systems across various functional areas.
