Job summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team, to help develop and deliver services in Jersey Library. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate appropriate and effective communication skills with the aim of building positive and supportive relations with our customers, team and community. They will be able to engage with customers of all ages and backgrounds and be keen to help develop and deliver the growing programme of activities we offer to support access to information, learning, digital skills, health, enterprise and culture.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and work on their own initiative as well as being effective team members. If you have experience in a customer facing role, enjoy helping people and have a willingness to work within a team in a busy environment we would like to hear from you.
