Job summary

We are currently looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our team of Family Support Workers working in the Children Social Care Service.

This is an opportunity for a Team Leader who is keen to develop a team that is high functioning, highly motivated and are focused on making a difference in the life of a child and their families. As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day provision of safeguarding across the service to ensure an effective assessment of care, care planning and intervention.

You will be offered training to enable you to do your job and provide management oversight for the service that provides support and intervention to children and families open to Children Social Care Service.

This is an exciting time in Children Social Care as we are developing a career pathway for our Family Support Workers, therefore joining the team at this time would enable you to develop a career pathway for yourself as a Team Leader.
