The Role

We are working with a highly reputable and well established care home provider who operate a range of residential elderly care homes in the North West and are now looking for a multisite manager to oversee a small remit of care homes. In recent years the company have succeeded in establishing themselves as a financially stable care home provider that offer high quality care to longstanding residents.



The provider is now looking for a new Multisite Manager to take on the day to day operations for a small remit of services on the Wirral. Both services offer excellent facilities that provide residential and dementia care for elderly people. The homes have an excellent reputation with the local community, local authority and CQC, as well as other external stakeholders that add value to the already successful care home provider. The staff team are extremely loyal and dedicated to continuing to drive the homes forward and aim to provide the highest possible quality care with a new manager in charge.



The Candidate

The successful candidate must have management experience and ideally have managed an elderly care home in or around the North West.



The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run a successful care home. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the home goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.

Location

This role is based on the Wirral and is commutable from Liverpool, Chester, Flintshire, Ellesmere Port, Warrington, Widnes and Runcorn.

Summary

My client is seeking a Home Manager with exposure to management within a care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running a successful care home in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £40k per annum + benefits.
