The heart of this role requires you to aid and support patients ultimately improving their quality of life by giving them the best patient care. A comprehensive professional training program will be provided to you, including on the job training, e-learning, and access to our in-house education program academy.



Candidate



This is a fantastic opportunity for a Staff Nurse who is looking for working in a multinational healthcare organisation that provides life-enhancing renal care to patients with chronic kidney diseases. You will be instrumental in developing team culture, being involved from the very beginning.



Reporting directly to your manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department, providing expert knowledge. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, with no Sundays to be worked by any member of the company.

Requirements



NMC Registered General Nurse

Be able to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team

1 year+ experience in general nursing / Applications from newly qualified Nurses are also welcomed (Haemodialysis would be an advantage but not essential) - full training is provided.

Positive and dynamic approach desirable

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English



Responsibilities



Take ownership of care programmes for renal patients including the initiation and termination of dialysis, whilst providing stable clinical care, emotional support and independence for patients

Follow the tailored care plans to administer medications, fluid therapy or other appropriate treatments

Review pre and post haemodialysis care with patient



Location



This job will be situated in Crawley, Sussex. Commutable from Horsham, Redhill, Leatherhead and Brighton.



Summary



In return, there is a generous salary on offer up to £32,422 on offer for the Staff Nurse position. As well as having a competitive salary, they have several exceptional benefits including:

Monday to Saturday, shifts hours from 6:30am to 11:30pm and please note that there are no nights or Sunday working
