Location: UTC Derby, Pride Park

Hours: 15 hours a week, 3 hours a day, around 7-10am & 2.30-5.30pm

Contract type: Permanent

The Sheffield UTC Academy Trust is currently looking to recruit a cleaning operative for UTC Derby Pride Park. The post is for 15 hours per week – 3 hours per day. The timing of the 3 hours can be discussed at interview, although 7.00-10.00am / 2.30-5.30pm are preferred. There may be the opportunity for overtime.

The role will involve general cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, emptying bins, and using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Before commencing work you will be required to attend a paid induction session and complete an on-line training session (you will be paid a set amount of time to complete this).

You will be entitled to 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays and will be eligible to join the local government pension scheme.
