Working in Housing you will learn how to help people in so many ways, there are lots of different career paths in housing but as an Estate Officer you will get the perfect start. Derby Homes is recruiting to the post of Estate Officer this role will give the successful applicant experience of front-line customer service delivery. This is a great opportunity to gain experience of an exciting, interesting, and varied career. We want applications from ambitious but caring people who want to make a difference and deliver a great service to Council tenants.


The successful applicant will be expected to:


  • Provide a frontline housing service to customers in the housing office, in their homes and in the community.
  • Offer sound advice and a comprehensive level of customer service to the public on all aspects of housing management.
  • Carry out inspections on our estate and within our properties.
