Warehouse Assistant - Order Administration, Pick and Pack

The warehouse and ecommerce business of footwear brand Irregular Choice is looking for a warehouse assistant to join friendly team

Ecommerce order processing with pick and pack

• Order Processing, printing invoices, customer labels and matching them up
• Pick, check and pack orders
• Fulfilling and tagging completed orders
• Awaiting Stocks
• Sending out exchanges
• Processing return to sender

General warehouse duties

• Assisting with transfers in/out
• Warehouse housekeeping - tidy up, cardboard baling, odd jobs etc

IT literate - Shopify, Excel / googlesheet, printer, label printers etc

General admin skills

Good visual skills - checking product before despatch

An integral part of the team - good teamwork but also work independently

Accurate work with strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritise

Working quickly to meet deadlines

Proactive

Comfortable working in warehouse workspace

Basic salary (rate rising in April ) + weekly bonus scheme

8.30-5.00 Mon-Fri

23 days holiday per year + 8 bank holidays

Monthly (free) company lunch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £19,760.00 per year
