A Bit About The Role
The role plays a key part of our web sales team, it is a fast paced role which will suit individuals who are target driven with a knack at building customer relationships.
In return we offer a basic salary with a generous OTE of £36,000 per annum
- Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers by answering inbound sales enquiries; offering a world class service every time.
- Help customers to find their dream piece of furniture and help shape their buying decisions. Discuss the options available to the customer including finance products and aftercare
- Ask customers the right questions to understand their needs, match their expectations and find the perfect product to ensure their home looks incredible for years to come
A Bit About You
- You will have a natural flair for connecting with customers, building rapport and finding solutions for their requirements.
- Target driven with a background in sales including compliance experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills are essential as this is a fast paced environment
- Great attention to detail is a must as you will be ordering furniture to customer’s specification
Shift Patterns
Flexible working patterns available across Monday to Sunday, 8am - 11pm, with two days off per week.
