Shift pattern: Rotational any 5 from 7 06:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00

Salary £26,000

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Update the Mars slot booking system with all required time stamps so that DHL meets its contractual obligations and Mars know the operational status at the site.


• 
  

  Answering telephone calls from internal and external stakeholders.

  
  



• Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure clear visibility of what is happening in the department.

  
  



• General ad hoc administration duties as requested.

• Experience of working in a matrix organisation with complex processes and procedures
