Cloud Support Engineer

Ashburton / Remote

Digital Waffle is working in partnership with an exciting and growing organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and self-motivated IT Support Engineer looking to excel in your career.



Job Purpose:


You’ll be working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment, answering calls, logging and taking ownership of tickets from inception to resolution.



To be successful in this role you must have experience in the following:


  • Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ensure all incidents, change requests, and activities are logged appropriately within the help-desk system

  • Demonstrating a keen interest in developing your cloud technology knowledge and willing for new opportunities as they arise.
