Engineering Manager - Up to $150,000 plus bonus, bens & stock
US (Remote)
We are currently working with a fast-growing Fintech that is in need of an experienced Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for designing and implementing next-generation platforms with cutting-edge technology stacks.
This is a hands-off position in terms of programming, but you will have a great understanding of what clean code looks like and current best practices. This is a fast-growing company so you will need to identify growth areas within this side of the business which will help push on the development of the platform.
Managing and inspiring a team of approx. 12 engineers, whilst growing this team.
Working closely with Senior Engineers focusing on strategy and design, whilst also continuing to develop the more junior members of the team.
Continuously researching and implementing best practices, technologies, and tech legislation.
Knowledge of React, React Native, Javascript, AWS, Kubernetes, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with the CTO and product management team to set and execute the right goals
Take a prominent role in recruiting across engineering and product
You actively look for cross-functionality and have experience working with product and operations teams.
