Senior Designer - Birmingham



£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE).



We have partnered with a multiple award-winning PR and social agency based in Birmingham, which due to its recent client successes, is now looking to expand its creative team. The ideal candidate will be of a senior level (or a high middleweight looking to step it up), and will be an expert in all things After Effects, Motion Graphics, Branding, and Graphic Design…

Key Responsibilities

• Taking client briefs and translating them through the entire design process.
• 
  Work to the fast-paced agency speed, working with their 30-plus clients.
• 
  Create motion graphics, branding, logos, and digital design work.
• 
  Test the latest technologies for clients.
• 
  Work autonomously on client briefs, as well as working with the tight-knit team.
• 
  Supporting the Design Director in mentoring the more junior designers.

• Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
• 
  Be a big team player.
• 
  Be extremely proficient in After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.
• 
  Have an outstanding portfolio demonstrating your motion graphic, branding, logo, and digital design work.
• 
  Be within a commutable distance of their Birmingham office (required 3 days a week).
