Digital Waffle is working with an award-winning commerce agency who are looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to join their team in Birmingham. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• 
  Designing and developing complex web applications using modern technologies and frameworks
• 
  Leading projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• 
  Mentoring and coaching junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
• 
  Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs
• 
  Providing technical guidance and leadership to the team, and contributing to the development of best practices and standards
• 
  Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web development projects
• 
  Expertise in modern web development technologies and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.
• 
  Aware/experienced with platforms such as AWS, BigCommerce, Bitbucket, JIRA, and WordPress
