Digital Waffle is working in partnership with a provider of software development, data analysis, and marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior IT Manager.



Job Role

The Information Technology department is responsible for the implementation, provision, and support of all information and technology services within the company. The IT department is a Business Services function that supports and contributes to the objectives of the legal practice. Members of this department are expected to be a part of the firm's culture and be committed to providing excellent service to our customers.



The Network and Security Architecture and Design team is responsible globally for the architecture, design, and delivery of all network and security infrastructure, including but not limited to local and wide area network technologies, internet and cloud connectivity, security appliances, security monitoring, remote access, data center security. Deployments are global, hosted within offices, public cloud, and in third-party data centers and other locations operating under our contract.



Requirements What do you need?


  • Software Defined Networking (SD-WAN) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).

  • Networks: Palo Alto Firewalls & Prisma, F5 VPN/Load Balancers, Cisco Switching, Meraki Switching/Access Points, Aruba AP/WLAN Controllers.

  • Security: Microsoft Sentinel / Defender, Intune, FireEye, Gigamon, Guardicore, IDS / ProtectWise, Secret Server, Symantec VIP, Authenticator.

  • Well-developed leadership, negotiation, communication and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and engage individuals.

  • Ability to set out a clear direction, inspire others and assume command.

  • Ability to handle critical issues and distill them into clear and manageable priorities,


    weighing both the costs and benefits.

  • Ability to think laterally and creatively to develop innovative plans and identify new


    business opportunities.

  • Can work within an ambiguous fast-moving environment while also driving toward clarity


    of solutions; provides others with stability in times of uncertainty and change.
