Reporting to the VP, Product for Diligent Market Intelligence, you will lead the strategy,Β roadmapΒ and evolution of Stewardship Intelligenceβone of DMIβs core data products. Stewardship Intelligence providesΒ meeting, executive compensation, corporate governance and proxy-voting intelligence to institutional asset managers, stewardship and governance professionals, compensation advisers and consultants, and corporateΒ issuers.Β
You will lead both Product Management and Research. This is a domain-led role: substantial experience in stewardship, proxy voting, corporate governance, executive compensation, investorΒ relationsΒ or a closely related capital-marketsΒ domain isΒ required. You will translate customer and market needs into clear product priorities, improve how research is performed at scale, and ensure that Stewardship IntelligenceΒ remainsΒ trusted,Β timelyΒ and valuable to its users.Β

- Own and continuously refine the product vision, strategy,Β roadmapΒ and prioritisation for the Stewardship Intelligence portfolio, coveringΒ meeting, executive compensation, corporateΒ governanceΒ and proxy-voting intelligence.Β
- Lead, develop andΒ organiseΒ the Product Management and Research teams,Β establishingΒ clear priorities, effective ways of working (with an emphasis on AI integration where possible), strong collaboration and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Β
- Be responsible forΒ improving dataset coverage,Β methodology, quality, traceability and timeliness, usingΒ appropriate processΒ redesign,Β automationΒ and AI-enabled approaches without compromising accuracy or trust.Β
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX to define, build and launch high-quality product experiences and Data-as-a-Service capabilities that make stewardship intelligence easy to find,Β understandΒ and use.Β
- BuildΒ deepΒ understanding of the needs of institutional asset managers, stewardship and governance professionals, compensation advisers and consultants, and corporateΒ issuers. Use customer research, marketΒ insightΒ and product data to guide decisions.Β
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to support product positioning, packaging, launch readiness,Β adoptionΒ and ongoing customer value.Β

- Significant experienceΒ in Product Management, Research Operations, Data Products or a related discipline, including experience leading teams and setting strategy for complex products or datasets.Β
- Mandatory domain experience in stewardship, proxy voting, corporate governance, executive compensation, investorΒ relationsΒ or a closely related capital-markets domain, with the credibility to engage institutional investors, compensation advisers, governanceΒ professionalsΒ and corporate issuers. Candidates without substantial relevant domain experience will not be considered.Β
- Demonstrated success owning and delivering B2B SaaS, data or intelligence products from customer discovery and strategy through roadmap execution,Β launchΒ and ongoing performance improvement.Β
- Proven experience leading research or data operations teams responsible for large-scale structured datasets and enterprise-grade quality standards.Β
- A track recordΒ of improving manual, people-intensive processes through operating-model redesign, automation or AI whileΒ maintainingΒ quality,Β controlΒ and team engagement.Β
- Exceptional communication, analyticalΒ judgementΒ and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively across Product, Engineering, UX, Commercial, Marketing,Β SalesΒ and Customer Success.Β
