• Contract Type: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week

  circa £47,200, Plus Bonus, Plus Car

• Locations:Crawley Depot (RH10 9DF) and Gatwick Depot (RH10 9AU)
• Days of Work:Monday - Friday

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and tenacious Multisite Depot Quality Manager to join and strengthen our highly experienced depot management team.

As a Multi Site Depot Quality Manager you will be instrumental in driving quality and compliance within the depots across multiple areas to include,

  Transport
• 
  Facilities and Property
• 
  Health and Safety
• 
  Environmental
• 
  Customer Service
• 
  Complaint Management
• 
  ISO

You will also provide mentoring and support to our Customer Service Advisors so they can maintain the daily delivery of exceptional customer service.

  You will be a confident communicator with a passion to lead, motivate and manage high performing teams whilst influencing at all levels.
