Application Production Services Lead - London/ Hybrid - £640 - £740+ Per Day Inside IR35

Eames consulting is working with a Financial Services Company to secure the services of a Application Production Services Lead on an initial 6 months contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day management of an on-site team of 3 people and control of work allocation to an additional offsite team of 8.
• Provide Level 1 & 2 support to various middle and back-office applications (IPM, IOM, Gloss, Swift, BPSA, PMC, Algo, OWS etc)
• Manage the minor enhancement requests as prioritized by business and deploy into production following the Change management cycle.
• Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution.
• Handle Change Management
• Provide release management services
• Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in some or all of the following technologies:

• Production Support / Dev Ops / SRE (Min 8 years of experience)
• Various RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase etc)
• Batch Job Schedulers (TWS / Autosys )
• Scripting (Unix/Linux, Perl, PowerShell).
• ServiceNow
• Informatica
• DevOps
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlikview / Qliksense

• Proven technical team lead
• Deep technical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management
