Job Purpose

Undertake a range of duties associated with exercising the enforcement of parking and roads traffic regulations on behalf of the Council, including the issuing of Penalty Charge Notices, in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives; specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value.

Requirements



We follow the national guidance in relation to pre-employment checks namely “Safer Recruitment Through Better Recruitment”. With regards to requests for references and in line with this guidance, during your application process you should provide details of a minimum of two appropriate and relevant references, one of which should be from your current or most recent employer. It is also a requirement that the reference from your current or most recent employer is from an appropriate senior manager and it is not a reference from a former peer operating at the same level.

Additional Information



This is a permanent full time post working 37 hours per week, on a shift pattern, in line with the needs of the Service. This post will be based at The Citadel Leisure Centre, Ayr



You will be expected to work 5 days over 6, Monday - Saturday

Early Shift - 8am - 4pm & Late shift 10am - 6pm



Annual Salary £24,223 - £25,493 + 10% shift allowance
