If you love helping customers and have fast, accurate keyboard skills we have an exciting permanent opportunity to start immediately. As a Telephone Sales Advisor you will join this well-established national company, talking to customers and processing a high volume of orders.
The Role- Make outbound calls to existing customer base to place their order - no cold calling!
- Manage inbound calls and deal with customer enquiries
- Build strong relationships with own customer base
- Sell new lines
- Provide guidance to customers on a range of products and services
- Complete admin tasks
- Ideally you will have previous customer service or sales experience from a phone based role
- You must have fast and accurate keyboard skills and be able to input data as you are listening to calls
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to build relationships with customers
What We Offer
- £22,806 per annum
- Monthly bonuses - earn up to £350
