Role Overview & Specifications

Our firm is seeking a Chemical Engineer to develop, test, and implement new products and processes. The successful candidate will have a background in applied science, preferably in chemistry or electrical engineering. We're looking for someone who is committed to leading research and development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate workers to ensure that the plant is run efficiently and safely.
  • Perform inspections of the plant and machinery.
  • Review blueprints and plans to identify potential chemical hazards.
  • Lead the design of new chemical plants.
  • Research new engineering techniques.
  • Research chemical substances to determine their effects on the environment and human health.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide technical support to other staff members.

Job Types: Temp to perm, Apprenticeship, Graduate, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £43,567.00-£48,536.00 per year
