Equans is looking for an Administrator to join our team at Torness Power Station, EH42 1QS on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £23,786 and benefits package.



MON TO THUR 08:00 – 16:30, FRI 08:00 – 13:30

What will you deliver?



Support a busy clerical team which is responsible for printing, packaging, checking and scanning work order cards, ensuring 100% accuracy

Provide support for data entries from various source documents to be added into database, verifying and correcting data and obtaining information for incomplete data

Provide support for Work Management reporting system

Update D030 Equipment panels & Lifting Tackle data base

Carry out general clerical duties using section instructions and procedures

Work Management KPI’S database

Support PM Co-ordinator with the processing of forms

Create and maintain spreadsheets for record keeping and filing systems

Who are we looking for?



GCSE or suitable qualification in English, Mathematics

Previous experience as an administrator or a Work Order Administrator

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Excellent administration skills

Experience of using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Good numeric skills and be accurate with typing data and figures



This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential.
