Product Owner

Do you enjoy communicating and championing the team vision?

We are looking for a Product Owner to support us in one of our public sector projects. A large focus of this role will be to provide coaching and support to the junior product owner on the team, sharing best practices and helping to develop their confidence and capability within the role. Iterating a service based on UR; delivering an MVP; experience across the product life cycle; providing a guiding star for the team; facilitation and stakeholder management.

Essential skills/experience:

Create and share a vision for the product and consider the long term strategy of the

team.

Champion the voices of your user, ensuring the product is designed based on

research and needs.

Manage a product through multiple stages in the product life cycle.

Build and maintain roadmaps and the backlog whilst aiding with ticket writing and

being involved with user research.

Collaborate with the delivery lead to identify and compare the best processes or

delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes.

Communicate and champion the team vision, aligning it to the wider platform

priorities and goals

Engage with key stakeholders on product deliver and challenges, regularly working

with product owners and delivery leads across the platform
