Systems Engineer

Due to a number of large defence projects increasing in size, we now have the need for Systems Engineering Managers with experience in managing teams to come on board and assist with managing work packages and act as the client interface.

Responsibilities:

The Engineering Manager is responsible for:

• 
  Leadership & Governance of multiple multi-functional teams
• 
  Managing and owning the engineering resources
• 
  Recruitment of additional resources against the profiles set by the business
• 
  Technical Authority or Delegated TA as appropriate
• 
  Ensuring the technical and engineering aspects of the projects are delivered appropriately
• 
  Building the wider engineering capability
• 
  Be the interface to the customer on behalf of Expleo
