The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Change Implementation Manager to act as the interface with Operating Company to ensured that all identified changes required are followed through to completion. The role will support our Operating Companies to transition project activities to business-as-usual activities, along with being the primary channel of information both to and from the operating companies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Be the interface to and from the ECDP Industry Change Team
  • Maintain the Business Change Plan
  • Work with the Industry Change Manager, Industry Change Delivery Manager and Tranche Managers
  • Support planning, co-ordination, and communication activities
  • Work with the project co-ordinator to produce all reports
  • Contribute to project reviews as directed
  • Contribute to impact assessments when required from the Scope Management Board and others
  • Contribute to the risk management processes in support of the Safety Assurance Manager.

Person Specification

Education

  • Formal Project Management qualification (Membership of APM is advantageous)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Project Management experience in railway operating or engineering project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision makers and the behaviour of front-line employees.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and able to set and achieve demanding targets and objectives, and report upon them.
