- Position: Packing Assistant
- Salary: £10.70ph plus 22% shift allowance – £13.05ph
- Location: Horsham
- Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm – 10.15pm
The position is based in the Warehouse and requires the individual to work in accordance with documented procedures / standards in order to complete duties within the allotted timescales and to customer specification. This is a fast paced position that constantly requires a high volume of productivity and accuracy. The industry sector demands strict quality, product integrity and high levels of accuracy. This can involve working in cold areas operating at temperatures of 2 to 8 degrees and applicants need to be able to work in this environment.
Responsibilities
- Packing goods in temperatures of 15-25C and 2-8c.
- Packing specific products according to given instructions
- Ensuring products are packed efficiently
- Reporting all out of stocks to Senior Member of staff
- Maintain a high level of quality control at all times
- Performing all tasks within set KPI’s
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to work in cold conditions of 2 to 8 degrees
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Accuracy
